I attended this bakery this morning, a place in which I love and used to work at years ago. I had to witness this poor stressed woman run the shop ON HER OWN and be abused by customers in shop and drive through for the wait all because the junior staff don’t show up for their shifts. This woman was a wreck. INTERVIEW YOUR PEOPLE PROPERLY and stop hiring kids! Put more people on shift in shop, especially peak morning and lunch. Absolutely ridiculous. Service: Dine in Service: 1

I visited the Bakers Cottage Cafe today for the first time and was very disappointed. The entry, the seating area and the tables were filthy, the ice cream looked terrible, staff were not welcoming... we will not return to this cafe unless it has a complete turnaround. It would be great if run properly.
