Very awkward experience this afternoon. Asked for a high fibre low gi bread sliced toast & Savannah? Asked me if it was okay to have one they sliced earlier. I requested one to be sliced freshly & her and one of the other workers Sierra? Rolled their eyes at me. I was provided with one that was pre sliced anyway. Terrible service & it was as if I was being unreasonable asking for my bread to be sliced fresh.

Have bought low GI small loaf last couple of months and the price has gone from $3.70 to $4.70 back to $4.50. When I asked why the varying prices was told that rents etc contribute to pricing. Pretty glib response from one member of the sales staff. Same product down the road in another Baker's Delight is $3.70 and price does not vary visit to visit. I definitely would not buy at Barkly Square bakery again.
