After enjoying Mordecai Historic Park, it may be a nice idea to visit this restaurant. Savor Chinese food that will combine many elements of culinary traditions. Based on the guests' feedback on Google, Bali Hai deserved 4.1.

Bali Ha is now open in Garner and it is wonderful. located at Hwy 70 and Hwy 401 south next door to the Lowe's Home improvement store

I have been a loyal customer since 1976 (pre Issac and Esther days) until the fire destroyed the restaurant. I have watched Issac and Esther grow up through the years and was heartbroken to see the end of our weekend dinners. Tonight we decided to drive 75 miles one way to the Durham location. The worst experience ever!! There was 6 in our party and we were seated and placed our orders. They do not give take out plates at this location and the waitress literally hung over our shoulders telling us to remember they don't give take out containers for leftovers so don't take more than u will eat. Hello??? Was she paying for our meal and we pay by the bowl!! After dropping our trays at the cook counter, the waitress came to our table and told us that she only has enough rice left for 2 plates! Remember there were 6 of us!! We asked if the cook would make rice for us and explained that we were regular customers in Raleigh and had driven 75 miles one way just for dinner. The owner (the cook also) refused to make rice for us! Why weren't we told when we ordered that there wasn't enough rice?? At this point I decided enough was enough and we walked out. Refusing to make rice cost him a $100 bill at least. Not to mention the waste of all the food on the grill....... My daughter felt compelled to walk back in and explain why we were upset and the owner yelled at her to GET OUT and DONT COME BACK!!!! All I can say is Wow.... It is hard to believe that Isaac and Esther are their children!!!! DO NOT waste your time, money or gas going to the Durham location!!
