Some of the small plates are no small they can't be shared at all, such as the scallops ceviche. Thai beef salad was super dry, no sauce just dry pieces of meat and greens? Trout Tostadas & Cabbage were our favourites by far, and hummus/ricotta were good also. The fish was good but nothing special. As expected with any small plates place in Hackney these days, lots of extra fees. £1 per person for tap water which is insane, we were also charged £2 for each glass of soda water. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £40–50

Vibey spot. Excellent level of service, has a lot of staff and you're looked after. Recommendations are spot on for wine and food as well so you'll be helped through wine and menu choices if you're not sure what profile of wine you want or the mix of sharing plates you're after. The food quality is high, small plates for sharing is the vibe. The butter with the bread is MMM. But the butter bean hummus goes nicely alongside. The Thai beef salad and trout tostadas were amazing, really good flavour and texturally a good crunch. The burnt hispi cabbage and chicken skewers were full of flavour and perfectly cooked and then the Basque cheesecake was super delicious. A good bit of char to lift if from being overly creamy, delicious. Tasty seasonal cocktails, though did prefer the cherry old fashioned to the strawberry gin fizz which was a bit over sweet. Music at a fun nice low level to allow conversation, we had a table 18:45-20:00. The food arrives very quickly so you're not gonna be here for a leisurely 3 hour stint unless you attack the wine selection. Everything has the natural wine tinge to it. Good vibe and tasty food. Lot to like for a fun evening

Great vibes and service, great food. You can go to Bambi with your eyes closed and will have a great time. Highly recommend ordering the Grilled Artichoke Orzo and the Basque Cheesecake. Really incredible This place also has a great selection of cocktails and mocktails. Great space in front of the restaurant for the summer as well.
