Service was slow, food was good not great, portion size was decent, lunch portion would be more than enough for most. Meal type: Lunch

Been going here for years. The young girls he hires never get an order right anymore. In the last 7 months of 7 orders zero have even remotely correct. Pretty sure I'm never going back and am sad because the food is good but never correct. Picked up a sandwich tonight with only turkey, salami & cheese tonight and the other half normal with no mayo and mustard. Got a complete regular full everything sandwich like normal now because they don't take off or add anything. Bread was definitely from last weekend as it wasn't edible crumbled like crackers to ducks. Meat was burned like it was frozen when out directly on the griddle as was also inedible because only the 1.5" canter wasn't burned. Asked for meat sauce for the raviolis, paid way too much, and gave me a ramekin of sauce that only lasted 2 bites but costs extra for a smaller container Sandwich we threw away, 8 raviolis was thrown away. Don't loose $30 you'll throw the food away for. If they can't hire competent employees don't waste your time with this place. Our dinner was only pasta salad from there, only thing not thrown out. I met my mother for dinner at Bambinos Cafe on Battlefield last night. The food was good (initially) but the service was terrible. I don't usually write bad reviews on restaurants. In fact, I think this may actually be the first time I've written one. I ordered hot tea and the Ziti and my mother ordered the Maria. I requested cream and sugar for my tea and had to ask twice before someone actually brought it to me. When I requested a refill the girl acted like I was inconveniencing her. The waitress was also very short with us and would leave our table before we had finished requesting what we wanted. At one point my mother asked for extra sauce to be brought out (her pasta was dry) and the girl came back out with a cup full of sauce. My mother didn't realize until she had already poured the sauce over her food that the sauce was ice cold. When we informed the girl about the cold sauce, she just turned around and left and never even apologized. When watching the server interact with the other tables she did not appear to be as rude to the rest of the guests as she was to us. I almost wondered if she had an issue waiting on us because I was handicapped... I understand being a waitress can be a very tiring job, but that does not excuse being rude to your customers. A waitress may not be able to control everything going on in the restaurant, and shit happens, but they can definitely control the attitude they have with their customers.
