Fries and Bamburger were the star... The fries were cooked in beef tallow ... Probably the best I've ever had ... Very clean and self service condiments++. Wasn't expecting such a smask on the chicken... It was a very thin cut and lacked flavor... Even with the bacon patty and cheese it was bland ... I went back and added some (a lot) of buffalo ranch, which was very good ... The burger patty was larger than Smalls Sliders++. Also, there was a lot of fan and or Bam Cooler drink circulation noise and it was smokey inside ... I would have given 3 stars, but they're new and probably working out the kinks... Also, the touch screen on the kiosk is not sensitive enough and would not recognize my wife's touches... Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Thank you for giving us a try and for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. We’re thrilled to hear the fries and Bamburger were the stars of your visit—our beef tallow fries are something we’re very proud of, so hearing they’re among the best you’ve ever had means a lot! We also appreciate your honest feedback on the chicken sandwich. We’ll continue working to make every item on the menu as memorable as our burgers and fries. We’re glad the buffalo ranch helped bring the flavors together for you. As for the smoke, noise levels, and kiosk responsiveness, we’re happy to share that those issues have since been addressed. We’ve made adjustments to improve the dining environment and guest experience, and we’re continuing to fine-tune operations as we grow. Thank you again for your support and for giving us some grace as a new restaurant. We hope to welcome you back soon and earn that fifth star!
