Two of us enter, after learning that we hadn't booked with a slightly annoyed/worried look they sent us upstairs which wasn't empty, it was actually abandoned. Lights on only on our table, silence and above all cold. Coming straight away to take our orders, we said to each other "ok, let's eat quickly and go". The first course (a Miso soup) arrived an hour after we ordered it, the dishes were uninvited and brought one at a time with a disarming slowness. Because it's not in my nature to make a scene, we were patient and stayed until all the dishes arrived, but already from the first half hour waiting in the cold with no signs of life we just had to get up and leave.
