Perfect. I cant say anything else! Its not only the Machines, its the whole thing. You step in to this Place and it feels like the good old timesso much Pinballmachines, nice People and the music was awesome next to the Art Bar, the Queerest Place in Columbia SC. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Like one of the previous customers, this review is for the rosewood location as they are not yet on Google. I was hesitant to want to leave a review because I understand this is a soft opening. But the problems that we encountered do not make me have any faith in this business to ever function correctly. As always, I will start with what they did well. Our bartender was excellent. I believe his name was Desmond and the drinks he made were ridiculously good and he maintained a very friendly demeanor during a chaotic time when he was managing a full bar by himself. Props to him he was The shining Jewel of our experience. And that was literally the only thing that they did well. We came to the restaurant at 6:30 and were informed by presumably the owner, that there was a waitlist. We were told that we could get a table in five minutes and that we were welcome to grab a drink at the bar. So that's what we did. And that's how we met Desmond, who then kept us company for the hour we had to wait to actually get a table. We did not get seated for an hour. During this time we spoke to the owner and raise our concerns who assured us that we would be seated next but fast forward the owner multiple other tables, knowing we've been waiting for a table, directly next to where we were sitting at the bar. My mother-in-law had been complaining of back pain which is why she wanted a booth with back support, but apparently the owner wanted to seat his friends instead. Each person that we watched him seat, or the blonde waiter seat, seem like they were good old friends. Meanwhile we are still at the bar waiting for both our table and our food. Eventually, the blonde waiter recognized that we were still waiting and status but we still had not yet received our food. We received our food at exactly 7:59 p.m. I know this because I took a screenshot of my time after the longest wait for dinner service in my life. From the time we got to the restaurant to the time we got our food was an hour and a half. When we got our food, a difference waiter or staff member brought it out to us. I do not know what substance this man was on, but he was either drunk, high, or both. He could not keep his eyes open and was slurring his words, nearly dropped my mother-in-law's food onto her but thankfully it just slammed onto the table instead. But the most outrageous thing was he had my wife check to see if her order was correct now she's looking at it he boops her on the nose. Like you know that old gag that people will do where they tell you there's something on your shirt and then flick your nose. He did this but legitimately stroked my wife's nose. The only reason this did not turn into a 911 call is because I did not catch that when it happened because this was turned to a completely different night. The food was okay. The brussel sprouts were actually excellent and some of the best brussel sprouts I've had. I had a pimento cheese chopped Burger thing which was greasy as hell but still decent. My wife's hair tots were ice cold and clearly have been sitting out for a long time. Finally, when getting the check, the creepy waiter came back and about spilled somebody else's Coke all over us again. I'm going to end my review with something directly to the owner. I read your response to the negative review 3 days ago. I read your response to that review. We brought up the concerns about the table to you several times and you chose to completely ignore us. Nobody came to ask us how our food was we never could get refills for our water no matter how many times we asked. I do not feel safe returning to this establishment due to the conduct of your waiter. The food was mediocre. You clearly did not care about our concerns and proceeded to seat at least five other tables after telling us it would be a 5-minute wait. And we waited an hour and a half for our food. I would have brought up our concerns to you in person, but you were too busy seeing your friends. These are not simple "soft opening" issues. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please accept our sincere apology for the delayed response. Because this experience occurred at our Rosewood location before that google profile was created, we unfortunately did not see it immediately. What you described is unacceptable. While we are in a soft opening, the conduct you experienced goes far beyond a normal operational growing pain. We take matters like this extremely seriously, and the situation involving our staff member was addressed immediately once brought to our attention. We also apologize for the excessive wait, service issues, and for your family feeling overlooked and unheard. That is not the standard we expect from our team. We appreciate you recognizing Desmond for the excellent service he provided. We would sincerely like the opportunity to make this right and invite you and your family back for dinner completely on us. Bang Back Pinball Lounge is a really fun spot in Five Points for a laid-back night out The mix of pinball machines and drinks makes it an easy place to hang out with friends without needing much planning. The atmosphere is casual and energetic, and it’s the kind of place where you can just rotate between games and conversation all night. Overall, it’s a great go-to for something a little different from the usual bar scene Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
