If you choose to present yourself as an exclusive bar full of rules, then you must deliver an exceptional experience. Unfortunately, that is not the case here. The menu is limited and, despite that, guests are subtly encouraged to order “classic” cocktails instead. We ordered one drink from the menu, the Penicillin, and one classic, a White Russian. The Penicillin was mediocre at best, leaning toward poor. The White Russian, however, was a complete disaster — it was clear that the staff had no idea what the drink actually is or how it should be made. If you are looking for good cocktails, this is certainly not the place. Between the low quality of the drinks and the fact that you are required to pay just to sit down and have this experience, the value proposition simply does not make sense. Posting a “review” just to contradict @TereAlicia: the young apprentice was lovely and provided efficient service. Moving on: what I thoroughly respected was the attention to detail, from the hand blown water glasses to the precise movement mixologist had even just to clear the bar (without clanking , without spilling, etc) shows this bar simply cares. Even the simplest thing like served chilled water during a heatwave is meticulous and zero-waste: the water used to chill the stir jar, served to you after chilling the jar. Zero waste cause they know water is precious. What a gem in ginza!!! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

【Drink in Tokyo: Bar Landscape. 】 Ginza is definitely a first-class bar war zone. You must visit when you come to Tokyo~ Bar Landscape. Run by a husband and wife team, From the famous store LITTLE SMITH, Both are Japanese cocktail national champions! So awesome... As soon as you enter, have a cup of hot onion soup. The wood-toned décor is comfortable and elegant. There is no wine list for bartending, you can discuss it with the service staff. You can order classic concoctions or fruit flavors. Bartender’s wife can speak English and communication is smooth ~ The drinks are delicious! I choose fruits at random, and Bartender can create a powerful flavor~ Friends said that the classic bartending is also very good, it was a fun night Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
