On the day, our priority is always to keep the event running smoothly, and any communication from our team is intended to manage timing and ensure service is delivered as planned — never to place blame or cause discomfort. That said, we take your feedback seriously and regret if anything came across differently. In relation to entertainment, it’s worth noting that all professional DJs use laptops and digital software as part of their standard setup — this is standard industry practice. We also note that this event took place some time ago, and while we always welcome feedback, earlier notification would have given us the opportunity to properly address your concerns at the time.
