A place with great potential, though it’s completely untapped. Plus points for the basics: free drinks to start you off, a nice dim atmosphere, and a promising menu. Unfortunately, the bar lacks that most important magic: interaction. The service is purely mechanical - you won’t experience any storytelling about the drinks or attempts to tailor flavors to the customer. Add to that the intrusive, far too loud music and bland-tasting cocktails, and you get a place with no distinct character. A bar without conversation and passion is just a drinking hall. I see no reason to come back here. Price per person: €10–15 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Have several great cocktails here. Really friendly service. Great recommendations from the server who was great. We had some nachos as a snack very tasty. The vibe was great, nice music. Couple of things to note. The stairs in and out are super steep. Take your time. Also they do take card no issues. I didn't see this mentioned on website and previous reviews say cash only. Not the case. Great place! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a very Nice evening with a very friendly bartender! We were the only people there because it was already late in the evening but we had a very Nice conversation About the history of Latvia. Also very good cocktails on demand of taste! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
