This was honestly one of the most amazing restaurants we visited on our trip to Sri Lanka. The owner / chef works (as of now) without a menu, talking with us about our budget and then creating a fabulous barbecue platter for us to enjoy. The food was absolutely exquisite, with the chef also talking us through all of the ingredients and sauces used as i have a serious nut allergy. The restaurant is a family run business and the staff worked very hard to make sure we were comfortable and attended to throughout the meal. A must visit when staying in Negombo! Barbacoa truly impressed me! The dishes were rich in flavor and expertly prepared, especially the barbecue selections. The setting was relaxed yet elegant, and the staff were welcoming and professional. A great place to unwind and enjoy a quality meal. Will definitely return!
