This is a fantastic residence located in front of the tram, few minutes away from all attractions. It is beautifully decorated, the restaurant is 5 stars and serves delicious dishes, the staff is amazing. The residence organises very nice musical events. A very nice market with fresh produces is across the street every morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone regardless of their age.

Shout out to the director of reservations Marie L’Hostis who introduced us to Casa Barbara and ensured our stay was wonderful , and the expert staff - Laurence, Lucie, Marine, ZaZa whose kind assistance was appreciated all hours of the day and night. Directors Lionel and Jean-Christophe run a top notch organization here and were always around to advise and support us. Thanks to all the restaurant and bar staff who were unfailingly helpful and engaging. The residence building is modern and tastefully decorated, well arranged for onsite exercise classes, movies, and lectures. A big bonus is the variety of classes in exercise and relaxation available without charge nearly every day of the week with expert instructors, especially Christophe and Helene. The onsite Restaurant cuisine is superb and moderately priced. The building is perfectly located on Tram line 1 with rapid access to all of Nice. Many markets and stores are right at your doorstep. There is a real atmosphere of community and conviviality- as soon as we arrived, we were warmly embraced by the residents living here as well as the staff. We have already made many friends at Casa whom we look forward to seeing on our return trip. Jocelyne and Ken Silver Service: 5

I loved it and miss it, the place but mostly the people I was planning to stay a week but stayed 2 The concept of great food, have fun and interact really worked and if i did not have strong family ties in Atlanta, i would move there next month. My apartment was modern, luminous, a bit minimalist maybe but so comfortable. The team, club Med style. but a bit tamed was what made it special The neighborhood was not central but very quiet and safe and with the tram at the door, i was at the beach in 15 minutes Service: 5
