Pero los usuarios de Google no le han concedido a Barbarossa Bäckerei GmbH & Co. KG una calificación muy alta.

We wanted to have breakfast today, first the younger one smoked outside, then she went in and without washing her hands she started touching the pastries . We sat there for 20 minutes, no one "noticed" us, then the older, dark-haired one with glasses passed us without saying a word to say outside and disappeared. During this time the younger one sorted the bags and continued to ignore us, well it tastes good somewhere else too. We got up and left, I will not recommend or visit the store. Apparently you don't need any customers here. Since we are not the first to have had such an experience, I think the “management” should take care of it Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We had the older woman with glasses and dark hair as the waitress. She was very unfriendly and condescending because we had to disturb her private conversation with her friend. The shop is also very expensive for two slices of cheese I had to pay €3.50! I cannot recommend this store!!! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Very disappointing. We were there yesterday and wanted to have breakfast. The response was “it’s not yet 8 o’clock” which was very rude and not good for business. We then had a coffee and a sandwich. Instead of sales of 30 or more, there was only sales of 10. The buns are like rubber. The coffee plus tables at 7:30 were very dirty. One employee was not motivated at all and preferred to stand in front of the window and smoke, which in my opinion is a knockout. You shouldn't smoke in front of customers, especially since she didn't wash her hands afterwards but directly touched baked goods. Customers were piling up in front of the counter and the young man was always overwhelmed and customers were also running away. After our breakfast we wanted to take something with us and stood in front of the counter with other customers for at least 10 minutes without being served. Customer-friendly is really different.
