Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed to hear your pulled pork panini wasn’t up to the standard you’ve had from us before. The bread should have definitely been properly toasted and the mayonnaise filling better portioned. If we’d known while you were here we absolutely would have replaced it for you straight away. We appreciate you letting us know and we’ll pass this feedback on to the kitchen team to make sure it’s addressed.
