Sivas meatballs (köfte) are one of the most popular dishes in Türkiye, and İzzet Usta is the best place to try them. They have been in this business for 40 years and have been operating at their current location for the past 2 years. Their köfte is made with only salt and high-quality, locally raised beef from the highlands of Sivas — simple, pure, and incredibly flavorful. I have been eating their köfte for 20 years and can wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
