I love going to this little deli. Michelle is always friendly and has an amazing memory! She really works hard to please the customers and amazingly remembers most of the regulars names! Also, the best biscuits and gravy EVER! There are really good cinnamon rolls in unique flavors too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast

Basics is a perfect name. It has just the basics. I highly recommend the biscuit and gravy with an egg on top. The cinnamon rolls are superb as are the coffee selections. They ask for a name for the order we'll my name is Marc I'm so used to saying it as Marc with a C. The next day I went in I was greeted with Good Morning Marc with a C. Nice feeling. Thanks Update: I live and travel Fulltime in my RV. I have eaten biscuits and gravy all across the country, Basics Deli has the best by far. The Biscuits are light and fluffy, the gravy has just the right amount of sausage in it. The price can't be beat. I usually get a double order with an over easy Egg on top for $10.50.
