The service at this branch was absolutely terrible. The staff were rude, dismissive, and seemed to have no interest in helping customers. To begin with, no one came to take our order. We had to approach three different members of staff, all of whom ignored us. I also asked several times for the WiFi password so I could access the menu, but I was ignored every time. 1. Our drinks were served warm in plastic cups, while another table received their drinks in glass cups with ice. 2. We waited over an hour for just three pizzas. When they finally arrived, they were cold, as if they had been sitting out for a long time. I had also paid extra for additional chicken, but there was barely any on the pizza. 3. The service charge and taxes were extremely high, especially considering the poor service we received. 4. My “buffalo cheese pizza” practically had no cheese on it with only one slice having a hint of cheese on it. (tomato sauce and bread was the overall pizza) Overall, I would not recommend this branch and definitely won't be returning. It's a huge disappointment, especially compared to the Fouad Street branch, where the service and food are much better. The only advantage this branch has is that it's larger and has outdoor seating, but it's also much louder. Save your money and visit the Fouad Street branch instead. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Absolutely amazing experience at Basilico Alexandria! The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor, the atmosphere was elegant and cozy, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. One of the best Italian restaurants in Alexandria — definitely coming back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
