Enjoyed an exceptional Valentines Day dinner here. Belle’s vibe was on point when we pulled in, matched by Bonnie when we were seated in the corner booth (if you’re a table of 2 definitely request this spot!!). Duck croquettes a must, zucchini flowers were stuffed with this delicious goat’s cheese-chivey infused mash. My scotch fillet was one of the best steaks I’ve had. It was clear it had been meticulously cooked and well rested. The fit out of this place is unreal, apparently it was a higher-end restaurant previously. Basils strikes a great balance between quality, value and delivery. Although the service is relaxed, we never had to wait for anything and it was just a seamless experience in a special occasion night. Thanks to Nadia and the team. We can’t wait to come back. It’s so refreshing to see people doing hospo the way it should be done. Bravo.

We had a very enjoyable New years Eve at Basils. The food was absolutely delicious and it was a great way to finish 2025.

Basils is a great restaurant, the ambience, drinks and food are excellent. This visit we did find the service a little slow - we waited a long time before being asked for drink orders which is most unusual.
