I recently visited Baskin-Robbins in Bothell and left pretty disappointed with the experience. I came in specifically looking for a pistachio Dubai sundae, which I had just ordered the day before at a different Baskin-Robbins location in Redmond. However, the employee here had no idea what I was talking about and said they didn’t know how to make it. This was confusing and frustrating, especially for a well-known chain. If these stores are all part of the same brand, there should be some consistency in the menu and training. I understand that locations may be franchised and individually owned, but customers expect a similar experience across stores. It would really help if the menu offerings and staff knowledge were more standardized. Right now, it feels inconsistent and unreliable depending on which location you visit.

My son’s both like ice cream cake for their birthday. BR is the top choice. We move to this area recently. Online shopping is convenience and we see new designs among lots choices. The staff is helpful. Deduct one point due to the address for pick up was mis-leading-leading me to hotel not the shop.
