It's melted and the amount varies. (Photo reference) I can forget the spoon not only this time but many times. There has been no improvement after contacting us. It's easy to forget, so when I asked if they had to self-report if they wanted a spoon, the store manager said, ``The store staff will ask you whether you want a spoon or not.'' Does that happen at an ice cream shop? ? Do customers ever refuse a spoon? Do you eat with your hands? ? ? lol I often use other stores, but I've never been asked about this, and I've never forgotten my spoon. At other stores, the quantity is also constant. I go there because it's nearby, but I want them to either change the staff or change their mindset...it's too bad.
