, unprofessional , there was 2 guys who totally ignored us at 1st and the guy had AirPods in didn’t understand what he was doing had to help him out on where the flavors were that We wanted. He was careless and making faces.and instead of regular spoon he gave us a sample spoon for our ice cream orders.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered two cakes on The app and when went to pick them up, was told that they weren’t there and there was no record of my order. . Person working the register was flippant and refused to look at my confirmation number or even look for the cakes. Would not even offer any suggestions to resolve the issue. I called the company number directly and after holding for over 30min was given no help because this location is a franchise. So beware ordering from this location. After all this went back in to ask for the manager’s availability so I could get my refund. The employee actually decided to do their job and look for the cakes and found the cakes were there the whole time. Absolutely will not use this location ever again

Soleless, lifeless, completely freezerburn, stale tasting ice cream. The freezers are filthy the glass is filthy none of the tags match the ice cream flavors. I've never seen a Baskin-Robbins in such piss poor shape in my life I used to love this place.
