A Message of Appreciation and Concern for the BR Branch Staff !! Last night, for the first time, I felt compelled to write a review about the Baskin Robbins branch I regularly visit. This particular location operates 24/7, and I’ve often noticed the same 1–2 employees working tirelessly through long shifts. It’s clear they’re overworked, and yet they continue to serve with patience and professionalism. However, today something deeply upsetting happened. A customer verbally abused one of the employees — calling him a “dog,” yelling “shut up,” and aggressively demanding items. He even threw BR boxes directly at the employee’s face — not once, but several times. Despite this shocking behavior, the staff member remained calm and composed. But let’s be clear: no one deserves to be treated like this. Regardless of someone’s background, wealth, or sense of entitlement — basic human decency must come first. I strongly urge BR management to review the CCTV footage of the incident and take necessary action to protect their staff. No employee should have to endure that kind of treatment. The man’s actions not only reflected poorly on himself but created an uncomfortable and distressing atmosphere for all the customers present. To the individual who behaved this way: your actions say more about you than anyone else. Manners, kindness, and respect cost nothing — and you failed on all counts. And to the hardworking employees at this branch — thank you. Mistakes may happen sometimes, but disrespect should never be tolerated or accepted as part of your job. You deserve dignity, safety, and appreciation
