Sus pacientes empleados reciben a los comensales todo el año. Su eficiente servicio es un enorme beneficio. Pero los usuarios de Google no le han concedido a Baskin-Robbins una calificación muy alta.

Ice cream was great here but the worker not so much. The short lady that works here is very unwelcoming and RUDE, I don’t know what’s up with her. She clearly doesn’t like her job, it shows on how she talks and deal with the customer. Beware! Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Had the absolute worst experience here ever. I love BR. I came by today to get some quick ice cream for my kids after a beach day and encounter a very rude worker. I only asked a question about the flavors and was met with very unnecessary rudeness. Then when I order she acted super confused at the simple order I asked. We practically argued about my order. Please do better BR. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Worst Baskin-Robbins on the island. We usually get our desserts after our meal at Ohana Ramen. Tonight was the last time will be going to this BR. The ice cream that was served to my daughter was melted/soft. How's that possible? She just got it and we're still in the store. So I told the worker about it and he said it's bcoz what he served was the remaining of the container. My daughter said it's alright. My husband and I got ice cream with waffle cone. Our total cost for 2 scoops & waffle cone: $9.60 We got in the car, of course, my daughter's ice cream turned to liquid. Normally waffle cone is crispy but what we got was stale. So I went back to the store with the waffle cone ice cream and had told to the worker that the cone is stale. His response was "that's how waffle cone is." Seriously? It was stale! Instead of solving the issue he started explaining on how they make it. I offered him to try it so he would know and he refused. He and his coworker didn't even offer any consolation or refund. Awful ice cream and terrible service!!
