My kids and I were really excited to try this shops cookies yesterday(3/25). Unfortunately, the young lady working the register was extremely rude. When we were browsing the selection she agreed us "are you actually going to buy something?", along with other rude comments to me and my children. If it weren't for the fact my kids were so excited I would have walked away without making a purchase. Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

12.1.23: Tonight we went to the 9th annual Make 'Em Smile Toy Drive Event to donate toys and watch friends play live music. We wanted something sweet to snack on and decided to try Batch since we've already tried the Churros place a few times. Because the prices were a bit pricey, I had to pick wisely. I chose an Avalanche cookie for myself and got a cake pop for a friend. My other friend got the oat and a couple of the frosted sugar cookies, which she said were delish and both of her kids agreed. My Avalanche cookie was a white chocolate chip sugar cookie that was still soft as if it just came out the oven. There was ice cream too and a variety of other cookies and treats to choose from as well. I'll be coming back to try some of the other yummy goodness. Service was good and the clerk was friendly, which is always a plus. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Dietary restrictions: They offer a gluten free cookie
