We had dinner at Batos. 10/10 service. Fabio our waiter was really helpful and friendly. The food was really tasty and high quality. Beautiful place and ambience. Highly recommended in Vlore. Thank you.

We paid €35 per person expecting a premium beach club experience, but unfortunately it didn’t deliver. On arrival, we weren’t provided with towels until around 3 p.m., which is unacceptable considering the price. The service throughout the day was disorganised—the staff seemed confused, inattentive, and it was often difficult to get assistance. The food was also disappointing. The menu advertised an Albanian meze, but what was served felt much more like a generic continental selection and didn’t reflect the description. One of the main reasons we chose this beach club was to relax and watch the sunset. However, we were later told we had to leave because of a private party that evening. This was never mentioned when we booked, and had we known, we would have chosen somewhere else. The atmosphere also wasn’t particularly relaxing, with people constantly moving in and out of our deck area, making it feel crowded and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, parts of the décor looked worn, old, and rusty, which didn’t match the premium price being charged. Overall, the experience simply didn’t justify the €35 per person. With better organisation, more attentive service, and greater transparency about private events, it could be much better, but based on our visit, I wouldn’t return. Restaurant wasn’t operating yet, but stuff was kind enough to organize for us a table here and brought food and drinks from the restaurant above. The food was so fresh and tasty. Wine was good too. But the manager of the place and our waiter was best experience, so attentive and kind, thank you for this wonderful evening!
