Way over priced. 16.00 for a tequila sunrise. 10.00 for a Bud light. Takes the fun out of it. I went somewhere else to eat and relax.

No more Sunday Brunch. I am soooo angry and disappointed at what has occurred. 2 weeks ago I called the Pullman up wanting to make reservations for their Sunday Brunch. All of the information online still mentions their Sunday brunch and the fact that brunch costs around $60. They took my information and told me they looked forward to seeing me on Sunday. A week later, I show up with a friend who by the way lives quite far away to check this venue out for a party we were planning. 1. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Why are you charging for parking? And why aren't you letting people know you validate? -1 star 2. Brunch? What brunch buffet? I understand that you are currently renovating your restaurant, but thanks for not letting me know that you are under renovation and that your "restaurant" is nothing more than a few hot plates in a conference room! - 1 star 3. Knowing that your "restaurant" is in a conference room and you have a few containers of cereal and a few sausages and a hot plate full of scrambled eggs why didn't anyone question why I was making reservations? Wouldn't one question why someone would be making reservations for the Days Inn free Continental breakfast? Because let me tell you, the food looked no better from a budget hotel's free breakfast... -1 star. 4. Reservation counter man. I don't know you. I know you are trying to be nice. But can you please not touch me, my arm, or my back? Please kindly keep your hands to yourself. -1 star. This hotel used to be so high end. Everyone around the area knows that this is a reputable hotel. What happened guys? Terrible, terrible, terrible experience. Shame on you...

Food is yum but service is horrible. Restaurant is empty yet host took five mins to seat us. Gave us wrong menu. Didn't ask for reservation name. Didn't give a kids menu. Oh and lipstick stains on my glass. Wouldn't expect all that from bay 223. What happened ??
