Bay Harbor – Challenging experience (Sat 8/8, 7:30 pm reservation for 10, outdoor seating) This was a disappointing evening for a restaurant at this price point. • Seated promptly with our reservation for outdoor seating. • Drink orders not taken by our server until 30 minutes after we were seated. • At the 1-hour mark I asked a hostess (in a blue shirt) to locate our server. She said they were “slammed.” • Our server finally took our food order at 1 hour and 10 minutes. • Food arrived about 30 minutes after that (roughly 1 hour 40 minutes after seating). My chef’s special Patty Melt arrived lukewarm and half mushy. • We requested a manager, who removed my meal and took $20 off the bill. • We were celebrating a birthday. The server did not offer any acknowledgment or suggestion, so we had to specifically request the Chocolate Mousse cake ourselves. Service was extremely slow, the food quality did not match the price, and the overall experience felt poorly coordinated for a party of 10 on a Saturday evening. The partial adjustment on the bill was appreciated, but it did not make up for the long waits and subpar meal. Would not recommend at current service and quality levels, especially for groups or special occasions. Price per person: $50–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Aliyssa is a perfect exquisite wait person. She was nice, patient, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu and the attractions at Cedar Point. She was very helpful, and we appreciated everything she did for us. And special thanks to Christopher, the manager. The location was elegant and romantic. It was our anniversary, and the staff gave us a card with their own personalized message wishing us a happy anniversary. That made it a night to remember. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A nice location with a good view of the marina is about all this restaurant has going for it, unfortunately. Came with a group of friends around 5pm. The restaurant was basically empty, maybe two other tables. There was a server for basically each diner, but it still somehow took ours about fifteen minutes to swing by. She was pleasant, but mostly absent. After taking our orders she filled our waters, and that was the last we saw until she brought out the food about a half-hour later. Had to flag down another server to get more water. And when the food came out it was aggressively mediocre. Burgers, steaks, and fish were dry, fries were cold, mashed potatoes were gluey. One of my friends is a vegetarian and ordered fettuccine with broccoli. The noodles and sauce were cold, and the broccoli was limp, and the whole thing tasted so much like shrimp that we had to send it back--it was like they made the dish with shrimp, then just picked them out. If you're going to charge $25 for a burger and fries and $55+ for a steak, I expect them to be decently prepared. They were not, unfortunately. Would not recommend for dinner. Maybe if you want to get a happy hour drink and enjoy the view, but definitely eat somewhere else. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: Terrible. We ordered the veggie option and it tasted (and smelled) like shrimp.
