I was in the area for business, walked in about 11:15 and was the second customer. I asked about the size of the ribs and she signaled to the best of her ability their size. When I got my lunch, they were much bigger than she indicated! I ended up having lunch and taking some home for dinner and lunch the next day. They were delicious, so was the cole slaw and baked beans. If I'm in area and have a taste for barbecue, I would definitely go their again.

I order a Monster "The Works" Tater, Add brisket., BBQ beans and mac n cheese... The potato was semi raw, cool and hard inside, the cheese tasted like it was out of a can, no bacon, no chives, it had a few bite size pieces of tough tasteless brisket. The beans were Fresh outta of can, I've tasted better mac n cheese out of a box... I'll never be back... This would have NEVER happen when Chef Finn was still there! BRING BACK FINN or your gonna go outta business Allen

This place is absolutely amazing with wonderful food. My meal came out and it looked delicious and hot. The mac & cheese was amazing. It was the perfect balance between moist and cheesy. The brisket was amazing it was moist and tender and could not have been any better. I ordered a side salad for my sides and the salad was fresh and beautiful. I will definitely be back to Bayou Smokehouse. Also my server was amazing. I will definitely be back!!!
