Hi Travis,I just saw your review, and I’m really disappointed that this was your experience — especially after you drove that far and had been wanting to try us for so long.The pulled pork you described absolutely should not have been served that way. I do want to clarify one thing: we do not reheat any of our meats. Our meats are smoked fresh for service, so while I can’t say exactly what happened with the portion you received, dry and inedible is not acceptable and certainly isn’t what we intend to serve.I appreciate you mentioning that the brisket was fresh, tender and flavorful and that you enjoyed the sides, but one bad component of a family meal can absolutely ruin the experience.
