Hi Tuzun, sorry you did not have a pleasant experience with us. If I may I would like to clarify a couple of points. Sujuk is a pre-cooked meat and could not be as you described “raw”. If you would prefer it to be at a higher temp we could have easily fixed that for you had you asked. In regards to the halloumi it was freshly baked and will always be extra moist until it cools down, as for the taste haloumi is haloumi the taste cannot be changed . Also it surprised me that you gave us such a bad review yet ordered another pizza for take away with sujuk on it. If you are around please come in for a coffee and chat with the boss I am sure you will leave much happier.
