Bean Bar Cafe PH Nuevo

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that the dining fee is our standard dine-in service fee and is not a charge for the donuts themselves. As a full-service café, we provide table service rather than operating as a self-service or take-out establishment.Regarding the outside food, our policy does not allow food purchased from other establishments to be consumed inside the café, which is a common practice in the restaurant industry. We understand, however, that your main concern was not being informed beforehand. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll remind our team to communicate our policies more clearly to guests before any charges are applied, so expectations are set from the start.Thank you for visiting us and for sharing your experience. Your feedback helps us improve.
