The shop is clean and organized, with a clear passion for the craft visible in their display of coffee beans and detailed menu boards. The shop’s exterior is modern and inviting, but the real soul of the place lies in their meticulous roasting. I really enjoyed the bold and heavy-bodied Mandheling cup. True to its dark roast profile, it offers a deep, earthy aroma with very low acidity. There is a pleasant, lingering bitterness that feels velvety. To balance the intensity of the black coffee, I paired it with their vanilla ice cream. The creamy sweetness of the ice cream acts as a perfect foil to the Mandheling’s robust profile. Simply alternating between the two creates a delightful affogato-like experience that rounds out the smoky notes of the roast
