Okay, I'm slow. I've been in Cold Lake nine days, and I finally got to Bean Trees Cafe! Good coffee, and an excellent Ham & Hollandaise sandwich for a surprisingly low price. I'll be back. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I always get welcoming service from Hunter and Johanne, with great deep conversations with John, the owner; who is very passionate about natural foods, from local suppliers. You can taste the difference in every meal. This is the perfect comfortable place to have private conversations with family or friends, and hold large gatherings. It's great to see the extended hours, to be able to meet up after work. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
