We stopped in at about 8pm on a Saturday. The restaurant portion was hopping, with many people dining and chatting, but the cheese counter was our destination. We had great help from Emily as we made selections. Beautiful Rind has a fine variety that included several domestic and import cheeses I hadn’t seen before. I would’ve loved to have gotten some of the soft rind cheeses available, but alas, I was traveling the next day and needed more durable cheeses! I bought four small wedges plus a goat caramel from the counter. I would be glad to return here on another trip to Chicago! Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
