Beck was so attentive and amazing!! It was an unexpectedly busy night. She was attentive to our needs and anticipated what we needed before we even asked. This bar has exponential cocktails. We loved the truffle, Brie!!! It was delicious. Our experience wouldn’t be the same without Beck! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Loved this spot for a really quick beer-slam before dinner with my wife. Great speakeasy vibes and very cozy. Shoot, I’d even be cool just hanging out in the bathroom it was that cozy. Our server Moss was really kind and fantastic. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer, but was a great experience! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I'm fortunate to live down the block from Bedlam. It's probably the first bar I've ever been a regular at, despite 20 years of consistently drinking more than I probably should. The fact that staff is universally welcoming, intelligent, interesting to talk to, etc., is no doubt the #1 reason Bedlam has a good crowd even on a gloomy Monday at 1am. It's definitely an industry bar on those off nights, but the crowd is really all over the map which is a big plus in my book. We need more places that bring different people together and get them talking. Big time credit to the owner Jacob for putting together and keeping together such a stellar crew. That is no mean feat these days. He'll bend over backwards for customers, but on the rare occasions someone disrespects or mistreats his staff he always has their back and I'm sure that's a big part of how Bedlam has such remarkable stability with exceptional people on staff. The cocktails are always excellent, the decor manages to feel appropriate for dressed-up or dressed-down... Honestly maybe the most telling thing is that the (free) pool table was recently refelted and looks pristine and plays true. Even at the nicest lounges the tables are usually beat up (even if they look sharp) with soft spots on the rails and such. The fact that the free table in the center of a bar that's busy til 2am every night is kept on point kinda demonstrates the attention to detail and behind the scenes work that keep Bedlam such a consistently positive experience. Special shout-out to Sean who goes so far above and beyond to welcome new people and make genuine connections. He was the reason I had a great first visit and came back and I'm sure a lot of repeat customers and regulars would say the same. But yeah, can't recommend Bedlam highly enough, and thanks to all the staff for treating me so kindly. I had a real rough patch in the fall and knowing I could come in sleep deprived and stressed for a marg at 1:20AM and see a friendly face really was a huge help. I'm grateful.
