I’m really sorry for your experience. Receiving your sandwich made incorrectly and then not being able to reach the store only adds to the frustration I completely understand. We did look into this and found that the phone number on Google was incorrect, so thank you for bringing that to our attention. It has been addressed. We truly appreciate you letting us know.

I'm visiting my hometown after moving away 5 years ago, and was so looking forward to having Beef-a-Roo. Sadly, Beef-a-Roo is not what it used to be. 3:30 PM visit so it was a quiet time, but my onion rings were over cooked and greasy. The malt was just okay and the Philly grilled chicken sandwich was completely different and not good. $16 wasted. I think the meal I had at Culver's yesterday was far better. It makes me sad to say I will no longer miss Beef-a-Roo. It was too expensive for such a disappointment. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4

Thank you for sharing your feedback after visiting our Riverside location. We’re very sorry to hear this visit didn’t live up to the memories you had of Beef-a-Roo. We understand how disappointing it is to return to a hometown favorite and have items like the onion rings, malt, and Philly grilled chicken sandwich miss the mark especially when you were looking forward to the experience. That’s not the standard we aim to deliver. Your comments have been shared with our team for review. We truly appreciate your honesty and hope you might consider giving us another try in the future.
