I was looking for a good gluten free fast food option for busy days, and I wasn’t expecting to find that at Beef A Roo, but I’m sure glad that I did. They have salads, baked potatoes, AND carry gluten free buns so you can make any sandwich gluten free. This is an incredible win for the gluten free community, and their food and milkshakes are DELICIOUS. Please show them support because the sheer amount of options for both gluten and non gluten eaters is incredible, and their food is fresh and super yummy. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Cheeseburger, Double Cheeseburger Dietary restrictions: If you’re gluten free, you can have the baked potatoes, salads, and every sandwich is available on a gluten free bun. I always get a gluten free cheeseburger, and it’s delicious every time. Their menu clearly marks what items are gluten free, and they make sure to put my gluten free items in a completely separate bag than the rest of the food (if I get it with friends) so that there is absolutely no cross contamination happening. The staff are super careful with gluten allergies, and they are super kind too. Show them some support!!! This kind of win in the gluten free community is INCREDIBLE, especially coming from a Pitt student who can just run and grab it between classes.

Very accommodating staff. They ran out of the normal beef patties when we arrived, but substituted with the junior patties to make up for it. The food was great and I appreciate the kiosk offering salt options on the fries. This was our first time eating from a Beef-A-Roo and we will come back.
