It's really unfortunate what has happen to this place. I was the only person in at 8pm I waited 23 minutes to be exact for my food and that was a small.order , and not only that they forgot one item good thing I checked before I left. It's been about the past year the service has just been awful, the waiting the forgetting food, getting as bad as mcdonalds Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Andrea, we're truly sorry for your experience. Waiting 23 minutes for a small order and then discovering an item was missing is frustrating, and we understand your disappointment. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will be addressing both the speed of service and order accuracy with our team. Anytime there's an issue with your order, please reach out to the store directly, as we'd appreciate the opportunity to make things right.

Things have changed so much since they were bought out. The Jr. Cheeseburgers are ridiculously thin and very crispy. The grilled chicken wrap is nothing but lettuce and a few chunks of chicken. Thank goodness they changed their gross wrappers though. Food is overpriced and the quality is so poor. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We’re really sorry to hear how disappointed you were with your visit. That’s not the experience we want for our guests, especially when it comes to quality and value. Your feedback about the burgers and wrap is important, and we’ll be sharing this with our team to address consistency and portioning. Thank you for taking the time to let us know, and we hope to have the chance to serve you again.

First time in the Roscoe Beef-A-Roo. The building is fairly new, very nice, and clean. The food is as consistently good as it is at all the other Beef-A-Roo places that I have been to over the last few decades! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
