Hi, we’re extremely sorry to hear about this and we take a situation like this very seriously. Customer safety is our absolute priority and something like this should never happen. Our bags are stapled during packing, however a staple entering the food itself is completely unacceptable and we are urgently investigating this with our kitchen team to understand exactly how this occurred. We also apologise if you were expecting a replacement order and did not receive it — that is not the level of service we aim to provide.
