Good food - awful service! We have ordered 2 sets of sushi and sashimi. We had to wait 2 hours to get our food. They forgot to bring us sashimi. We had to wait 30 minutes more. Senior manager (as I could guess) "from Serbia" came to us apologizing and offering free desert. We agreed (especially because of our son). We had to wait another 40 minutes. Then I've asked a waiter about the promised dessert. He started saying "It's on its' way" (apparently lying), after few minutes he came saying that "machine was broken" and that we should wait 10-20 minutes more. We left extremely dissapointed after having wasted more than an hour waiting for the promised "apologize" dessert. Btw. staff doesn't know the word "awful".
