Thought we would try the famous Beefy Pies. It has a drive through, which was busy. We eat in. The plain pie was just warm, the pastry was not cooked through on sides and base of pie. The Pepper Steak Pie was hotter than the plain pie. The beef was nice flavour, in both, but that's as good as it was. The chips were cooked as we waited, so were hot, but oily. Bench table inside was sticky. As you can see, they have won lots of awards, so guess we came wrong day & time...? I was disappointed! Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We're very sorry your visit didn't meet the standard you rightly expect. It's disappointing to hear the plain pie was only warm and that the pastry wasn't cooked through around the sides and base. We're pleased you enjoyed the beef flavour, and that the Pepper Steak was hotter, but the oily chips and a sticky bench are unacceptable. Fantastic products, including many to suit GF people. We recently held a large function that Beefy's Ningi catered for. The whole experience from start to finish was great! Manager Dee and her staff couldn't do enough to help us and everyone at our event enjoyed their snack pies and sausage rolls. Thanks again Beefy's Ningi, we are so lucky to live close by to the 'Best Pies in Qld'.
