Not a great experience for us today. We have this pamphlet with a promotion running for $10 pie, chips and drink. We arrived and had to wait a while as the 2 ladies were busy ( not too long though). When served I showed the pamphlet and asked for the special. She asked our order and started ringing them up. Then the other lady intervened and said it is only valid untill 2:30 pm. That time was not indicated on the promotion though. So it meant we went all the way out and was turned down on the offer we were after. We did get 3 pies only then and the pies were good as we know beefy's. I did not feel very welcome though. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

At 6pm on a cold Wednesday night I ordered two pies, steak & mushroom and steak, cheese and bacon with an apple turnover. The pies weren't marked to identify the difference, they were warm not hot as I'd hoped, and both lacked flavor of mushroom and cheese. The worst part of the meal was poor choice in the apple turnover with no sweet taste of apple and the cream and pastry were stale! Thumbs Down for Beefy's Mango Hill.
