With “fame” came relegation. Sorry, had to be, because hip is important... We always liked coming by (years now) and it was our favorite café because of the large vegan selection. Now it is mostly overcrowded, you are sent away without a reservation and the service and taste have deteriorated significantly. Lately I've always had bowls that didn't taste good in terms of the ingredients/preparation and sauces and the portions are also getting smaller. I preferred not to use the cutlery and you have to clear it yourself on a cluttered counter... The employees don't know what products are there and what aren't - except for Marie! Then things go bombastically! We waited several times for almost an hour for our coffee (most recently because “the card with the order was there somewhere and I only just found it again”). Yes, there are quiet times, but not everyone has the opportunity to spend their day there relaxing on their laptop and has to come by on one of the few free weekends. Bowls and drinks for two and maybe something sweet to share always cost over €50. We'll definitely get another coffee at some point when we go for a walk by Lake Phoenix (the Chococino is great!), but that's it for a while. We had breakfast at Café Beezou. At the beginning we were welcomed very nicely and the principle of the order card was explained to us. After we ordered it didn't take long until we got our selected hot drinks and the food had a table. Everything was very tasty and the portions were big enough. Only the service afterwards could be a little better, we weren't asked again if we wanted something more to drink. But all in all a great location. We would come again.
