This used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant. But because of how rudely I was treated, I will never order food from them again! After our food was delivered, I noticed that my husband forgot to give the tip. There was a miscommunication, he thought that I gave the tip online (threw Beyond the Menue app) and I said we will give cash. I called Beijing Hunan (less than a minute after the delivery guy left) and explained to them what happened and is there anyway we can still give the tip. The lady on the phone started angerly yelling at me in broken english.
