By far one of the best restaurants in Riyadh. The food is absolutely amazing, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. A special thank you to Fadi — from the reservation to the warm welcome, everything was handled perfectly. His hospitality and attention truly made the experience even better. An amazing shout out to Mohammad Al Zatarii — such a wonderful person and a true professional. Staff like him really elevate the whole experience. Their Ramadan set menu is fantastic — very rich, highly diversified, and full of generosity and karam. You can truly feel the hospitality in every detail. I am a regular customer at Beit Ward in various branches.. Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar, Madinah.. but this time was by far the worst experience and it had completely put me off ever returning there! Firstly, the taste of the food was not at its usual standard at all and why do the portion sizes seem much smaller than before?! Secondly, the service was terrible this time! The waiter was sour and the other workers kept hovering over us, we almost felt like we had over stayed even though we had only just arrived! Thirdly, the Saudi dress code laws are being violated in this place with a female worker there dressed in a mini skirt! Conducting herself in a very unprofessional manner! I left vowing I wouldn’t return because it was just such a terrible experience. There are other Lebanese restaurants who by far beat the standards at Beit Ward, sadly Beit Ward have lost theirs! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
