Got a voucher from scoupon to order some cup cakes for my baby shower. I called several times and requested a call back over a week to order the cupcakes. Finally getting through and making enquiries about was included in the voucher and what I wanted, the girl barely listened to me or answered my questions then proceeded to cut me off and tell me to email the details through. So I did ! Very detailed including colours and examples from their website I added photos so it would be done right. After getting no answer over a week later I called to see if everything was ok and if the email was received. Spoke to the same girl who again didn't care what I was enquiring about. It seemed to be hard for her to talk to me or understand what wanted.
Saturday I picked up the cupcakes and they were "nothing" like I had requested over the phone or email, not in colour or look anything!! I was soo devastated by the look of them I expressed my concern to another girl who didn't care and I left with the hideous cup cakes. I was so embarrassed by them I hid them in the cupboard during the baby shower because I was ashamed by how they looked. My husband, mum and friend tried to make me feel better by the ordeal until they tried the cup cakes and they tasted like they were old and doughy and my husband binned all 24 of them. If you want disgusting cupcakes, rude and lack of service, Bella's is the place for you... if not , stay away!! Wouldn't feed the cakes to my dogs!

I ordered cake like last year around the end of November for my boyfriend bday cake in the middle of January, then I paid deposit like $150ish as half of the price of the cake first. As I'm going to another country during tht time, I told them that to contact me on my email if anything happen. But as the day before my bf bday, they didn't contact me or anything to lemme know if like the cake haven't been make. So I decided to call them and ask if the cake is ready and the most disappointment they tell me the cake haven't been made n as the replacement of the cake, they offer their cupcakes instead. This bday cake suppose to be his bday surprise. I just real upset when I think about this again. I been arranged the whole surprise perfectly from last year n the most important thing which the cake just ruin by this shop. Just if they told me earlier if the cake maker Cnt make it just cuz of lame excuse. I never gonna buy anything from them anymore in my life.

Bella's popped up during the start of the cupcake craze, and while other places have folded or stayed as market stalls, they have expanded. The cupcakes are good, and the price is on par with most cupcake sellers ($4 per cupcake). There's usually a comparatively large variety of flavours to choose from, which is always the most difficult part!
