Absolutely terrible experience at Ben Foods. Waited nearly 40 minutes for food while the staff kept saying to wait because one curry was finished. When that curry finally came, another one was finished. This happened repeatedly. Completely disorganized and unacceptable. On top of that, the staff were rude and unapologetic. No proper explanation, no effort to fix the situation, just attitude. Customers deserve basic respect and better service than this. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Price per person: Rs 1,000–2,000 Food: 1 Service: 1

I am waiting about ragama outlet. Today I visit the outlet and I have buy ice coffee bottle ,I already drink some. After I see it's expected on 17th December. Today 21st of December .
