Note that the hummus does not last more than 3 days. I took 1 kilo of hummus and after 3 days I threw it away. It was sour. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Bengal hummus on the outskirts of Modiin at the Paz gas station is one of the best hummus we have eaten. Hummus with a wonderful texture that you can't stop eating with hot and fresh pita bread. We ordered along with a delicious and fresh vegetable salad the house pickles, two types of cooked salads, one a type of delicious and spicy sachug and a Mashavaya salad (grilled tomato and pepper salad) mixed with amba something dreamy. And we didn't give up the crispy falafel balls that melt in your mouth. I always thought when eating hummus at our cousins' house that we wouldn't be able to make such hummus. But what> in Bengal they make the best hummus I've ever eaten. The service is courteous and with personal attention to each diner. The place is cozy and clean, just a pleasure. The smiling waitress even offered us tea with cookies. I took home half a kilo of this wonderful hummus and two salads. Those who like to wipe hummus Rotso and harrrrr *I didn't take a picture because it was eliminated at record speed. Next time I will have them and I will come up here.
