We were walking around Intramuros with a foreign friend and he stumbled upon this eatery because the kitchen was open so he saw what they were cooking. Knowing that he had a bad stomach for turo turo / filipino style carinderia, he said he wanted to try it because food is cooked real time. we tried mixed pancit and sisig both for sharing (costs 150 and 100 respectively) and 2 cups of rice and we had the most filling meal after a whole day of walking in Intramuros. sisig was buttery and has crunchy bits and not too spicy which we both loved. It came with gravy which is weird but he ended up liking it better. I prefer the usual soy sauce, lime and chilis for dip. also pancit is flavorful which we both loved too. He asked if they serve beer because the sisig was best paired with it. We ended up staying for more than an hour with a liter of red horse to help down the really tasty food. We find the neighborhood pretty chill too (not the best but you're at a residential part of Manila) so we were not bothered by any beggars or noisy neighbors. Take note that we sat on a table outside with an umbrella. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
